FAQ
It depends. For in-house toll filling, it must align with our existing packaging equipment and compliance posture. If the fit is not there, we say so early so there are no surprises. If that is the case, we may suggest outsourced coordination services if we have a partner that may better fit your needs.
This depends on you. When the bulk materials, packaging components, quality paperwork (COAs, CoCs, specifications, etc.) arrive complete and on time, we can move quickly to schedule you. Once scope is locked, toll filling is designed for quick, repeatable execution rather than open-ended development work.
The terms overlap. Mineralife defines our toll filling service by the following standards: you own the formula and provide the bulk material and packaging components to us. Mineralife is responsible for packaging and preparing the order to be sent to the distribution facility of your choice. We operate every project under our NSF 455-2 cGMP standard.
Storage options may be available when they support a clear replenishment plan. We scope that during capacity planning so finished goods and future purchase orders stay tied to realistic production rhythm.
